Here are a few things you can do to help our cleaning team. Please read before scheduling with us so we can provide services to your liking and to insure you know what our services include and do not include. Our highest goal is to establish a good working relationship between us and clarity before we clean your spaces.

The following applies to standard cleans, deep cleans and vacation rental cleans.

1. Communicate expectations in advance.

2. Straighten before we arrive (this applies to regular cleans and deep cleans – vacation rentals typically have rules in place for tasks guests to do before they leave).
   1. Store away important papers and things you need to know where they are after we leave
   2. Pick up dirty laundry…. don’t leave on the floor
   3. If you want your bed made, please strip off dirty sheets and leave clean sheets on the bed
3. Secure children and pets. We cannot do a thorough job if they are occupying the room we are cleaning, dogs can and do bite, and children can be injured playing with cleaning supplies or tools.
4. Stash away priceless, irreplaceable, or heirloom items. Though we have insurance accidents can happen no matter how careful we are.
5. Every house has its quirks and defects. Please let us know what these are before we begin. One example: we clean an Earthship and the walls must be dusted with dry cloths only. If we didn’t know this information, we could have washed the walls and caused damage to the wall’s surface.
6. Remove biohazards such as blood, urine, feces, vomit, and mouse feces. Please remove these yourselves or understand we will have to take precautions which will cost more. We reserve the right to say no to cleaning items or rooms that have biohazards including molds.

Standard Residential Cleans– include bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, dusting (including ceiling fans and base boards), floors which includes vacuuming, sweeping and wet mop, front and back door windows inside, and sweeping the front outside entry way. NOTE: please provide a toilet brush in each bathroom. We do not bring toilet brushes due to sanitary reasons nor do we carry your toilet brush through your house to clean additional bathrooms. No toilet brush – no toilet cleans inside the bowl- no exceptions.

Deep Cleans– these include all indoor windows, all kitchen cabinets inside and out and washing all items in the cabinets, oven and refrigerator, bathrooms cabinets inside and out, waxing floors, garages, and sun rooms. Note: If you want us to clean your carpets you must provide the rug cleaner and soap for it. Deep cleans include ovens and refrigerators.

Vacation Rentals– Please provide backup sheets and towels. There are days we are pushed for time and will have to take the laundry with us to wash, dry , fold and return on our next visit. Extras of all sheets, kitchen linens and towels are a must to ensure your guests have everything they need.

One person 50.00

Two people- 70.00

Deep clean- 80.00

Once we know how much is involved in cleaning your residence or vacation rental, we will charge a flat rate for a standard clean which range from 135 -250.

Book your appointment a week or two in advance. In the summer our calendar fills up fast. Winter is a little more flexible.

Our work is guaranteed so if you notice we’ve missed something please call and we will return at no charge to clean to your satisfaction. Please understand if you have pets with hair, we do our absolute best to get it all but it will never be totally hair free.

We offer a 25% discount for ALL referrals that book us and complete a clean. Your discount will be applied after their scheduled clean is done. Ask for our referral cards to hand out to your family, friends, neighbors, and businesses. Tell them to let us know you referred them. The more you share the more you earn towards your future cleans.
